Here at Plane Addicts we are committed to making sure you are satisfied with our products. We inspected your order for any quality issues before it left our shop.

If the item you wish to return is inoperable, but has no apparent damage, it is considered defective. All defective merchandise must be returned to Plane Addicts for warranty repair or replacement at Plane Addicts discretion. Plane Addicts does not offer refunds on malfunctioning parts.

When an item is returned it will be inspected to make sure it hasn't been used. If the item wasn't used we will give store credit for that item. The store credit does not include any shipping charges of that item. If it is determined that the item being returned has been used we will not accept it or give any credit. Shipping is the responsibilty of the person returning the item and can not be refunded.

RETURNS OF DAMAGED ITEMS

You can return the part to us at your expense and we will check out the problem and either replace the item or give a refund if the item is no longer available.

Although our products are packaged securely to prevent any damage, it's possible that in rare cases, damages may occur during shipment. We encourage you to purchase shipping insurance to cover such damages. If you purchased shipping insurance, please e-mail or call 352-346-2609 if any items are damaged during shipping within 7 days of receipt. After this period we will not offer exchanges or refunds. If a shipment arrives at your door with apparent shipping damage, please check the order and if the item or items are damaged refuse the delivery. If you have already accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please contact us immediately. Save all packaging material and paperwork; do not throw anything away!
